Why waking up is so hard? Even more the first day of the week! Actually, wake-up is only a state of mind: either waking up in a good mood or on the wrong side—that is just question! It’s like in Hamlet by Shakespeare, all about decisions!

Even if it’s Monday (blues)—yep that’s the worst wake up of the week—there’s no excuse! We have a whole week ahead, full of work of course and maybe surprises, who knows! But above all, refuel yourself with kind thoughts!
Last Monday, I knew I had a plenty of things to do before going to work. I was in such a rush, like I’ve never ever been before and arrived 40 minutes early. Guess what? I had a Starbucks and it made my day, definitely! #ButFirstCoffee
This big rush stressed me and made me feel down but I have my remedy for my short-term breakdown:
- Schoko-bons. because they cure E-VERY-THING. For me it’s like coffee, but sometimes you don’t have enough time to have a coffee so put few Schoko-bons in your bag. They also cure headache!
- Listen to your favorite song. At the moment (and right about now) I’m listening to How To Love from from Lil Wayne.
I don’t know why but this song has a positive impact on me, reassuring, comforting, it gives me confidence and makes me strong and powerful. Listen at 2:42, he’s saying “See, I just want you to know that you deserve the best you’re beautiful (…) You’re far from the usual” Now, my heart is melting and heart shape eyes!! 😍
