It’s so scary how these healthy salads are amazingly delicious and intimidating to cook! But don’t worry girls, everything is under control. Indeed they are good food, quick and easy to prepare—if the styling doesn’t count! I give you all my healthy salad tips!
Healthy Salad Tips
A healthy meal consists of mixing proteins, vegetables, fats and carbs.
♥ Proteins and carbs.
→ Lentils: low glycemic index. Chickpeas: fiber, vitamins and minerals.
♥ Any vegetables you wish.
→ Either raw like tomatoes, carrots… Or blanched brocolis, green peas… Make a colourful bowl to contribute to your happiness. 🙂
♥ Healthy fat.
→ Avocado for yumness and good fats for skin and hair. Use olive oil for dressing.
♥ Sprinkle with seeds.
→ I sprinkled it with chia and sesame seed—especially because it makes it more instagramable hihi!
