After finding out many people were intolerant to gluten, I wanted to give my recipe for a gluten free chocolate cake. These heart shaped could not be any better for Valentine’s Day!!
I’ve never really put flour in my cake or when I decided to put some, my cake was not that yummy. You’ll see the difference, amazingly delicious!!
Gluten Free Chocolate Cake
♥ 200g chocolate
♥ 3 eggs
♥ 125g brown sugar
♥ 75g butter
♥ 2 tablespoon cornstarch
Preheat oven to 165C.
Melt chocolate and butter in a water bath.
In a large bowl beat the egg yolks and sugar with a whisk until pale. Add the cornstarch, then the melted chocolate and butter.
Beat the egg whites until foamy.
Pour the egg whites into the mixture.
Prefer heart shaped mold, bake for around 40 minutes*, and decorate as you wish.
*It can change according your oven!
