Last week I went to CO, a really nice and cozy place. They warmly welcomed me in their friendly place, a mix between bar, restaurant and gallery… You can feel creativity and good vibes in this place full of with antiques and brocante style furniture.
And, most important, many original cocktails/drinks created by an adorable bartender.
Speaking of bartender, I have to say either he read my mind or he’s really talented – even in a heatwave day!! He made a very refreshing drink, cucumber-lime-ginger ale-elderberry syrup, couldn’t be better!
While I was drinking this delicious drink, I also tasted homemade marshmallows: mint flavor and plain. I loved it! However, I don’t know if it was a good idea to be unable to stop before the beach! Lucky me (or not haha) Isabelle, one of the owner of CO found me some more homemade marshmallows! She told me about the upcoming expositions, activities, food and how they wanted to create their original cocktails matching dishes.
I also really like the basement, a kind of Aladdin’s cave, where young and friendly graduated people are working . Of course, the better the atmosphere is, the better the work is!
Where? 15 rue Esclangon, 75018 Paris.
